Terms & Conditions

Effective: 18 August 2026 · Last updated: 18 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the OmniUPI website, merchant platform, APIs, payment-link tools and related software services.

Service: OmniUPI provides software and infrastructure features for merchant payment workflows. Specific payment, banking and settlement responsibilities may depend on the configured integration and applicable agreement.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OmniUPI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and applicable service-specific terms.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate information, operate lawful businesses, comply with applicable payment-network, consumer-protection, tax and other legal requirements, and maintain any registrations or permissions required for their activities.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys and activity performed through your account. Do not publicly share passwords, secret keys, tokens or authentication credentials.

4. Payments & Transactions

Payment requests, payment links and displayed transaction statuses do not by themselves guarantee successful settlement. Banks, UPI participants, payment providers and network availability may affect processing and reconciliation.

5. Fees & Plans

Applicable subscription fees, limits and commercial terms are those displayed or agreed for the relevant service. Taxes and third-party charges may apply where relevant.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use OmniUPI for fraud, money laundering, unauthorised financial activity, impersonation, illegal goods or services, deceptive schemes, abuse of payment systems, malware or other unlawful activity.

7. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, banking or UPI downtime, internet failures and events outside our reasonable control may affect the service.

8. Suspension & Termination

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, legal compliance or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

OmniUPI software, branding, design and documentation are owned by or licensed to the service operator. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OmniUPI is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate merchant information, compromised credentials, third-party bank or payment-provider failures, unlawful merchant activity or events outside reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights and remedies.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, use the Contact Us option on the OmniUPI website or the support facility available in the merchant dashboard.
